Return & Refund Policy
At Apex Ritual, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at supportapex8@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel and final-sale products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
